Spanish and Gym : This course combined a standard Spanish course (during mornings), cultural activities and a physical training program in a fitness center for those students wanting to keep in shape and stay fit. It is in alliance with the best gym of the city, it is a big health club with an abundance of equipment, machines, space and decent music at a good level. This course includes: 15 hours of Standard Spanish course, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m – 12:00 m. at the Universidad de la Sabana, 5 hours of cultural activities to get to know the city, its History and Culture according to the weekly program (it is 2 afternoons per week) and a pass to attend the gym to use machines, to join to aerobics, dancing, spinning, pilates etc. classes at the time that suit better for you. Students have an appointment with a specialized doctor who design a exercise routine according to your body, age, health state and interest to workout on. Monthly, students will have a physical state monitoring. Activities to be done at gym or the health club: - Aerobics, martial arts, dancing and Spinning (Indoor Cycling) classes.
- To use machines for cardio exercises (cycles, jogging machines, climbing machines etc.,)
- To use equipment for stretching exercises.
- To use equipment for weight training and muscle building (weights, disks, hampton machines, hammer strength etc.)
- To get in a Turkish bath, Sauna and Jacuzzi.
